Replacing Parts on the 60 Litre Duo and Trio Recycling Bins
These bins carry a one year guarantee. If claiming within this time please send the following information to support@laundrycompany.co.uk: Your original order number, images of damage (if applicable), the batch number of the bin which can be found either on the base of the bin or inner compartment and the part of the bin which needs replacing.

A worn lid clip is the most common cause for a bin lid no longer closing. Please see the link HERE for help on how to change the lid clip.
Please be aware we can not be responsible for replacing parts if the bin has been misused or is effected by accidental damage.
